Sam Kwak is a serial entrepreneur and real estate investor who has come from humble beginnings. Immigrated from South Korea in 1999, the Kwak family only had $2000 cash on hand and lived in a small 1 bedroom apartment in Albany Park, Chicago. Fast forward to today, he has launched several different businesses and has authored a book titled, Fire Your Boss. He and his brother own over 76 rental units and train entrepreneurs and small business owners on how to CRUSH it in real estate investing & marketing.
