Alex Craig became a Real Estate Investor in 2007, after eight years of working in Corporate America as a National Sales Manager and Director of Marketing for Worldwide Adhesive and Plumbing Manufacturer.
He has since become the co-founder and president of Turnkey Properties, operating and selling homes in Memphis and Little Rock. Their business model enables ownership of cash flowing properties for investors who may not have excellent cash flow opportunities in their own market or simply do not have the time, desire, or expertise to be rehabbers or landlords. Simply put, they have a team in place to do all the work, while you receive monthly rental checks with as little involvement as you desire.
He is a lifetime native of Memphis and outside of work, Alex enjoys travel, playing and coaching basketball and baseball, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
