Paul started his career in a W2 at Ford Motor Company after earning an MBA from Ohio State. After 5 years at Ford, Paul started a staffing company with a partner.

Five years later, Paul and his partner sold the staffing company to a publicly traded firm for $2.9 million.

Paul later entered the real estate sector where he flipped over 50 homes and 25 high end water-front lots. Along with flipping, Paul developed a subdivision, started two successful online real estate marketing firms, as well as appearing on HGTV's House Hunters!

After three more successful developments, including the development of the Hyatt hotel and a multifamily project, Paul entered the commercial multifamily market. Since then Paul has written a book - The Perfect Investment: Create Enduring Wealth from Historic Shift to Multifamily Housing, and is a co-host of the wealth-building podcast: How to Lose Money.
