Nick started his journey like most of us, in a strong W2 job that he has built a career in. Spending time in his career at some big name companies such as Corsair and Razer. Nick realized that while he loves his W2 job, he wanted more consistent cashflow that was not dependant on his W2 job.

In the short 2 years that Nick has found real estate, he has grown his profile to over 46 units! First starting off with a house hack in his local market, then expanding out into out of state markets.
