Today on the show we have Aseel Yerunkar — W2 employee, real estate investor, and an immigrant adventuring through life with his beautiful wife and partner in crime. Born and raised in India, Aseel moved to America as a 10 year old boy with his family in a search for a better life. Growing up he fell in love with the American dream which gave birth to his entrepreneurial spirit and empowered his pursuit towards financial freedom.

Aseel has led a successful career in IT and currently works as an Information Technologist at the County of Orange. The earnings from his day job allowed him to start his journey into real estate.

There is nothing in the world he enjoys doing more than working on/talking about real estate, spending time with my family and friends, or being in the great outdoors.
